Morgan Fire Protection launched in 1986 in a garage adjoining a Hertfordshire family home. Over the past 30 years the company has gone from strength to strength and now is working with around 25,000 customers nationally. To celebrate this spectacular achievement the company held a Thames River Boat Cruise on the 13th August for staff, friends and family.
30 Years of Fire Protection
2016 marks a momentous occasion for Morgan Fire as a company: our 30 year anniversary. From the humble beginnings in a garage to break through into the fire protection market, Morgan Fire has witnessed significant development during its 30 year lifespan. The company now employs 70 staff across fire protection engineering, administration and warehousing. The personal service and dedication to maintaining high standards is at the core of what Morgan Fire has to offer and this is what we think sets us apart from other companies. We have achieved this nationally by incorporating approximately 25 fire protection businesses nationally, in areas such as Bournemouth, Norfolk and Scotland. Paul Creasey, Managing Director says “in purchasing small fire protection businesses across the UK we have been able to increase our customer base while continuing to provide customers with the personal service and attention they were used to.”
Our passion for providing an excellent personal service is what we believe is at the heart of the company and this is shown through the dedicated account handlers that every customer has direct contact with through any process to ensure continuity.
What’s next for Morgan Fire?
We are pleased to report that the company’s growth shows no sign of halting. We are continually looking to expand and are always happy to hear from individuals with a fire service background or fire protection companies that we can join with to ensure that our services are consistently available to our customers nationally. As the company’s continually growing we have started to look at reducing our carbon footprint, this involves joining FORS (Freight Operators Recognition Scheme), holding ISO14001 accreditation, acquiring electric vehicles to join our fleet and getting the engineers to work off PDA’s which vastly reduces the paper usage and waste.
The past 30 years wouldn’t have been possible without both the Morgan Fire staff and our customers alike. The future is looking very bright for Morgan Fire. Here’s to another 30 years of fire protection!
